ingredients
2 oz Butter Pecan-Washed Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
.5 oz. Peach Tea Cordial
1 dash Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
2 drops 20% Saline Solution
method
In a mixing glass, add bitters, Peach Tea Cordial, saline solution, butter pecan washed bourbon, and ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain the cocktail over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig, cinnamon stick, and orange twist.
