ingredients
2 oz. Elijah Craig® Small Batch Bourbon
1/2 oz. Lacto-Fermented Strawberry
Syrup (see Note)
3 dashes Basil Angostura® Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Basil and Strawberry
method
Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cold mixing glass. Add ice and stir until cold. Julep strain over a large ice cube and garnish with basil and strawberry, or dehydrated strawberry if out of season.
