ingredients
2 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
.25 oz Chicha Morada Syrup
2 dashes Chuncho Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters

method
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain the cocktail over a large ice cube in a chilled rocks glass. Express the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then discard. Place the cinnamon stick in the glass for aroma and as a subtle stirrer.
