ingredients
2 oz Elijah Craig Straight Rye Whiskey
.25 oz Coconut Demerara Syrup1
4 dashes Miracle Mile Celery Coconut Pandan Bitters
Garnish: Lime Zest & Pandan Leaf
method
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with lime zest and a pandan leaf.
1. Coconut Demerara Syrup: 2 parts demerara sugar and 1 part coconut water. Add the demerara sugar and coconut water to a small pot and heat over medium until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into a clean bottle and store in the refrigerator.
