1.5 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
.5 oz Bols Genever
.25 oz Varnelli Amaro Dell’Erborista
.25 oz Dubois Petite Canne Sugar Cane Syrup
1 dash Regans’ Orange Bitters
Garnish: Mint & Lemon Peel
method
Gently brush a double Old Fashioned glass with a bouquet of mint and set aside. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into the prepared glass over one large ice cube. Express a piece of lemon peel over the glass and discard. Garnish with the mint bouquet.
